01 - 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough

02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce

03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 24 slices pepperoni (or vegetarian pepperoni)
05 - 12 small black olives, pitted and sliced
→ Garnish
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough to approximately 1/4 inch thickness. Using a 2-inch round cookie cutter, cut out 24 circles and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Brush each dough circle lightly with olive oil evenly.
04 - Spread 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce onto each dough circle, covering the surface evenly.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each mini pizza base.
06 - Place one slice of pepperoni horizontally across the center of each mini pizza to simulate Santa’s belt.
07 - Place a sliced black olive piece at the center of the pepperoni to represent the belt buckle.
08 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each mini pizza if desired.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and the dough turns golden.
10 - Allow mini pizzas to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
