# Directions:

01 - Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add warm milk and melted butter, then mix and knead until a smooth, soft dough forms, about 5 to 7 minutes. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
02 - In a separate bowl, blend mozzarella, cream cheese, Parmesan, chives, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly combined. Set aside.
03 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
04 - Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 24 equal portions. Flatten each piece, place approximately 1 teaspoon of cheese filling in the center, then seal the dough around the filling to form a ball.
05 - Arrange the dough balls in a ring on the baking sheet, ensuring each ball touches the next to create a wreath shape.
