Instructions

Step 2:
To make meat roses: a Take a wine glass and drape a slice of meat halfway over the rim. b Overlap with additional slices, circling the rim, until 5&ndash7 slices are used. c Gently invert the glass onto the board, releasing the rose. d Repeat with each type of meat, arranging roses across the board.
