05 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt

09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest

13 - 30 to 40 assorted crackers (gluten-free options available)
# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, goat cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped chives, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and evenly blended.
02 - Transfer the cheese mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Form into a log approximately 8 inches long, then wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm the shape.
03 - In a shallow dish, combine finely chopped parsley, dill, chives, and lemon zest.
04 - Unwrap the chilled cheese log and roll it thoroughly in the herb mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating on all surfaces.
05 - Place the coated cheese log on the center of a serving platter. Arrange crackers evenly in a ring around it. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until needed. For optimal texture, allow log to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
