01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, cut into 24 small cubes

02 - 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry (approximately 8.8 oz), thawed if frozen

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, store-bought or homemade

04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
05 - 24 pecan halves or walnuts (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease each cup.
02 - Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each square into the mini muffin tin wells, forming small pastry cups.
04 - Place one cube of Brie cheese into each pastry cup.
