01 - 1 cup hulled strawberries, large, sliced for heart shapes
02 - 1 cup seedless watermelon, cut into 1/2-inch slices
03 - 1 cup cantaloupe, cut into 1/2-inch slices
04 - 1 cup honeydew melon, cut into 1/2-inch slices
05 - 1 cup blueberries
06 - 1 cup seedless grapes, red or green

# Directions:

01 - Use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut hearts from the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon slices.
02 - Slice large strawberries in half lengthwise and trim tops into heart shapes with a paring knife if desired.
03 - Thread fruit onto skewers, alternating berries, grapes, and heart-shaped melon pieces to create a colorful pattern.
04 - Place assembled skewers on a serving platter.
05 - Sprinkle skewers with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
